Philosophy of Iyengar yoga at Kensington School of Yoga

Yoga is a system that can help to bring about clarity, quietness of mind and strength of body, qualities that can help us all in our daily lives.

At Kensington School of Yoga the practice is taught in the Iyengar tradition. It is a practice that is transformative.

Developing a yoga practice can help us to see and understand ourselves, to learn to understand why we do what we do, and how to develop our perception and intelligence in our actions.

A practice is open to any person, any age fitness or health level. Mr Iyengar says:
