Each course runs for 6 weeks over which the basic yoga postures will be introduced and consolidated. On completion of the course students will be able to continue in the Level 1 classes.

Course payment is not refundable but it is possible to arrange transfer into another introductory course.

We welcome Gulnaaz Dashti back to Adelaide for her third visit to Kensington and Adelaide.

Gulnaaz is a senior teacher from Pune India where she lives and teaches. She is a devoted practitioner and student of B. K.S Iyengar and the Iyengar family and has lived and learnt close to the family for most of her life. Gulnaaz is a friendly, warm and enthusiastic teacher.

This is a wonderful opportunity to take class with a teacher of this depth and understanding of Iyengar Yoga.
